We have made arrangements with CareCredit and PatientFi to assist you with a plan to meet your needs. Our financing partners specializes in helping patients with payment plans in relation to medical and dental treatment. Financial Policies

Patient Billing

We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have any questions regarding your account please contact our office. Many times a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.

Insurance Billing

As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and track claims. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office, no matter what your insurance coverage may be. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four to six weeks. Any remaining cost is your responsibility. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. We can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan but this must be done prior to the actual procedure.
